Chartley has been a family friend of Susan’s since they met while working together at a mortgage brokerage firm. At that time Chartley was working as an assistant to a loan officer and developing practices to better serve their clients. She then spent several years working in compliance for Indiana University until she realized she missed the mortgage industry and accepted Café Lending’s offer to return to a field and work that she loved.
Chartley will likely be the second person you work with (after Susan and/or Nolan) in gathering documents and signing disclosures to ensure we have accurate information and the process is flawless.
